Tom Wise is the Director of H2WISE and former Director of WSCE, where he spent more than 15 years leading over 100 healthcare and infrastructure projects. He is a specialist in hydraulic services, water hygiene, commissioning, and performance diagnostics.
Tom works with designers, builders, and operators to translate complex site data into practical, risk-based decisions that protect patient safety and asset reliability. His experience includes technical leadership on compliance strategies, transient pressure studies, and performance-based design frameworks.
Through his involvement with national and international code and standards committees, Tom continues to influence best practice in building water systems — combining engineering precision with evidence-based risk management to deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.

Brendan specializes in steady-state and transient hydraulic modelling, IoT data acquisition, and system optimization. By replacing outdated peak demand formulas with modern, data-driven approaches, he delivers more cost-effective and resilient water services.
