Tokens can be purchased as once-off or renewing packages. Renewing packages provide added value through bonus tokens, longer expiry, and rollover options.

Renewal, Upgrade & Reactivation

Renewal

Packages renewed before expiry receive the applicable bonus token credit (10–15%).
Renewal resets the expiry date based on the selected package duration.
Renewal reminders are automatically sent 30 days before expiry.

Upgrade

Clients may upgrade to a higher package tier at any time before expiry.
Unexpired tokens are credited toward the upgraded package at their original purchase value.
The new package’s expiry period begins from the upgrade date, replacing the previous expiry.
Any unused bonus tokens carry forward to the upgraded package.
Upgrades can also move from Once-Off to Renewing packages.

Reactivation of Expired Tokens

Expired tokens may be reactivated within 3 months of expiry at 50% of original cost, valid for 25% of the original remaining hours.

Purchase & Terms

Tokens can be purchased securely online through the H2WISE Token Purchase Station. At checkout, clients confirm acceptance of the H2WISE Token Service Terms.

Tokens are non-refundable but transferable within the same organisation.
Each token equals one hour of professional advisory or engineering service.
Services are scheduled subject to availability (priority applies to Platinum).
All prices are in AUD + GST.

H2WISE Token Service Terms & Conditions

Effective 1 January 2026

Each token represents one hour of H2WISE professional engineering or advisory service time.
Tokens can be redeemed for advisory, analysis, design review, or commissioning services as agreed between H2WISE and the client.
Tokens remain valid until their expiry date, as stated in the selected package.
Packages renewed before expiry receive the applicable bonus token credit (10–15%), calculated on the original package size.
Expired tokens may be reactivated within 3 months at 50% of their original purchase value and will be valid for 25% of their original remaining hours.
Tokens are transferable within the same legal entity (organisation) but not between unrelated parties.
Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
Services booked using tokens are subject to H2WISE availability. Priority scheduling applies to Platinum packages.
Token usage summaries can be provided on request.
All pricing is in AUD and excludes GST unless otherwise stated.
H2WISE services are provided under standard professional-service terms and liability limitations as outlined in engagement documentation.
